- The watch is in its original, unworn condition and has not been damaged.
- All tags, stickers, and protective covers are still intact.
- If the protective cover has been removed, we regret that we must deny the request.
- The watch is accompanied by the original packaging, including the box, manuals, and accessories.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Refund Process
- Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the refund process and share pictures or a video of the watch.
- Once approved, carefully package the watch and all items, and send it back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method (only local couriers or EMS).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.
